You're welcome and thanks, love your work too. I keep meaning to sculpt on and paint a Munny and you have given me some inspiration!

Your style would look great on a Munny. I think you should go for it.

I will thanks. Do you use acrylics?

I do. I use the cheap stuff, $2-a-bottle Blick craft acrylics (with the occasional bottle of Golden or Citadel) but they're the only craft-grade acrylic I really like (although I'd do Ceramcoat again if I could get it. I think Mike Die uses it). Most of the toy painters I know use the high-end stuff like Golden, Citadel, or Liquitex.Β
The KidRobot forums are a good source of information, and we have a toy customizing group on Facebook if you're interested (www.facebook.com/groups/thecus⦠. People are always ready to answer questions.

Appreciate that, Rev. I'll look it up. I tend to use Citadel on polymer clay but just find it too glossy sometimes for clothing etc and havent found a decent flat varnish as yet. Thanks again for the advice

Krylon Matte Finish (1311) works great for me. Β It has a bit of talc in it, so it can even take care of slightly tacky paint, but if you apply it in thick coats it can dull the colors.

Hi Riley. Yes I do. Are you thinking of something in particular?

I would like to get one of Steve Jobs. Possibly for future reference. Face like www.biography.com/imported/ima⦠holding a Macintosh 128k. What would that run?

Thanks for the comments. Yeah they are doodles in clay really - I try to put a smile on people's faces which is why generally they are in bright colours too
