# About me
I've always been into comics and art/illustration and have been drawing since I was around 4 years old or so. It's only recently that I've started to take this hobby more seriously in the hopes that it could one day become a career. I love seeing all the awesome art here at Deviantart and hope that my random drawings might be interesting enough to look at. If you have any feedback, I'd love to hear it!Thanks for stopping by!
Current Residence: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada

I have not tried Windows 8 yet. To be honest, I'm pretty happy with 7. There's nothing I can see that would dramatically improve my desktop PC. For tablets I use Android but even then I'm not a heavy user. If I could run my desktop on a tablet then things would be different but I'm fine with what I have right now. I wanted to get a "desktop replacement" laptop but it seems like they're moving away from that kind of format and trying to make everything smaller and thinner, which means less power. Again, if I actually spent time with 8, I may have a different opinion, but as of right now I don't think I need to have it.

Hey, what's up? I actually stopped watching wrestling regularly some time back. I'll watch WWE occasionally, and maybe buy some DVD's but that's it. I don't watch TNA, but have seen some of it a few months ago when the big shake-up happened. Most of the wrestling I watch is of the indies and Japan, which still has decent matches coming out of there every now and again. I follow wrestlers more than companies, so I try to catch matches of my favourite guys.
I'm more of a workrate type; I love matches that are intense and have an element of realism to them, but not necessarily like MMA. But I like guys who can fly too. There's not a whole lot of good promo's on the indies but I enjoy that as well (nobody else in the world could touch Chael Sonnen the last couple of months though). Off the top of my head, my favourites are Bryan Danielson, Naomichi Marufuji, KENTA, Prince Devitt and Chris Jericho I guess.
I still follow everything through the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, but, like many people, have spent more time watching MMA.
Are you still interested in training? I don't know how well the schools are run over there, but if you do decide to start, make sure they have some legitimacy so you don't get ripped off. There are a ton of small "schools" around here, the Toronto/Suuthern Ontario area, but only two that I would recommend to people.
Later.

I haven't done any training yet, although I went to find out about an entire year ago lol. I couldn't get any knee pads, so couldn't take part in any at all. Which is a huge shame considering. i'd still love too, but not much I can do about it now
That's all good. MMA's cool, but I still watch alot of Independants in the US. PWG, Chikara, ROH... TNA was on the up with RVD as champion, but... Looking at the spoilers... *sigh*
Hogan ruined everything I guess. There are some definet high points though. What with Sabu getting a shot at staying in TNA (FTW!!) always good.
What esle is up?

I would say that knee pads aren't absolutely essential, as most of the beginner bumps are on your back (flat back, body slam arm drag etc), but also there is no need to take unnecessary risks.
I read about Paul Heyman being asked to run TNA and he refused unless he had part ownership. I think he or Jim Cornette would do well but I don't know if either can take it to the national level. I agree with Heyman when he said they have to basically re-brand because TNA has that stink of failure associated with it.
But they have to really get serious about having "young guys" on top like Styles, Joe or whoever on top. That means long title reigns with wins that get them over. Guys like Nash and Hogan are just there for the check. They need people there to help build the brand. Actually, the biggest problem may actually be Dixie Carter. She really needs to not involve herself with the creative. I've not seen any recent TNA, only follow through the Observer, but she needs to get a wrestling savvy booker and not try to do Diet WWE.
I haven't been following the indies as close as I used to, but it seems that there are a lot fewer guys coming up that are making any noise. Not like 5 years ago when there were so many potential stars that it was hard to keep track of.
There is a new group that is supposed to start up somewhat soon that has no name but is referred to as the Sean Davis Project or something like that, since that is the owner's name. He's offering good deals even for low level guys and apparently a lot of ROH guys will go there when their contracts run out. But who knows if they will even get off the ground. Hopefully they do and become a force, as I find wrestling/sports entertainment to be really at an all-time high for staleness.

I've seen Tyler Black, but never became a fan for whatever reason. He's got the flashy moves (that will never be seen again) but I just don't get into his matches.

Loved him AOTF and PWG... The commentary for his matches was hilarious... 'Here comes Tyler Black, showing some rage! He hates his parents soooo much!'

That's gotta be Excalibur saying that! Pretty funny! I heard this year's BOLA was good, with at least one must-see match. Still have a lot of old stuff to watch first.

Hey thanks for checkin' out my stuff! I've dabbled in Photoshop and Illustrator before, but I have no expertise in either. My main focus would be Photoshop though, since I would like to be able to make paintings and colour stuff. I did one drawing, a picture of Supergirl, in Manga Studio and it looked alright (it's vector based like Illustrator, I believe). Someone did take a Spider-Man I drew and put it through Illustrator and it really cleaned up my messy ink work. If you want to give it a shot, you're welcome to. Thanks again!
