Awww shucks. Thanks for the compliments. Althought I don't think I thoroughtly deserve them, since there are many talented pixel artists out there who are way more accomplished than I. But thank you nonetheless, it does make me feel good that someone can enjoy looking at my feeble little workings.

And btw, you may want to try drawing on black a little more. I find it much more intuitive, mainly because you are actually drawing light that you see rather that its absence. I would recommend either rubbing a white paper down with charcoal (dust on a cloth is best, for smoothilarity ) and then drawing with your eraser, or simply getting black paper and white charcoal and having at something. It is definitely not a doodle thing; more of a still life/observation thing. Good luck with your art!
