My first visit to your gallery, and I enjoyed seeing the work you're doing with images. You've got an interesting approach to POV, and the "White Ball Gag With Lipstick Stains" is a brilliant concept that I've never seen before here at dA. Kudos!
One caution, though: While I admire your explicitness in documenting the source of your models, props, and what software apps you're relying on, citing sources from whom you have borrowed, even in a not-for-profit effort, is not enough to protect you from copyright infringement. It's not in the category of "fair use." At least, that's how juries have been deciding such cases. The solution, I think, is for you to obtain permission for use from the original artist. If that's not possible, then you might wish to consider switching to a different model whose original artist is willing to give you permission.
Just trying to keep you safe, and on the right side of the dA TOS.

Hmmm, spoken like a person who has a wealth of knowledge in the copyright arena. Thanks for the information. Definitely something to think about and weight the risks/benefits. Now I'm a bit nervous.

Actually, my thoughts are that the winning option is for you to do some surfing around the dA galleries. There are many, many good artists here with a lot of fascinating OCs. Some of these artists are already fairly established and might not be so interested in having their OCs depicted by others. But some I know for a fact are quite generous in giving such permissions--but they have to be asked. And then there are those artists who are not so well known, among whom are likely to be some who would be eager for some exposure in other galleries (like yours) here at dA. So, by asking for the permission of these artists, you are probably setting up a win-win: they get marketing exposure, and you get permission. A pro-social activity that supports, rather than works against, the purposes of dA. And doesn't run any copyright risk.
The key is getting permission.
Whether you decide to delete the images for which you don't have permission is your decision. It would be the ethical thing to do and would also ensure your legal safety. But I don't have the power to make you act in any direction. It comes down to your choice.
And, yes, while I'm not an attorney, I do have some extensive experience in the area of copyright.
