Yes, I see it is. And she is neither crediting the model nor the photographer. It doesn't seem right. These images must be copyrighted.

Indeed, that was the first thing that bothered me, and I reported one of her photos which has been deleted by dA, and now I have reported her. Her hiding my comments was really ridiculous, people who violate copyrights just bother me
Also I hear that even if you credit the photographer and model you still can't publish the photos since they are not yours and you do not have the permission from the artists. But i'm not sure if that is always applicable.
