I think you may be right, Maybe I'll refine the idea a bit more and add some lacy and frilly bits and send it around the card-manufacturers for next year.

Our styles are rather different. I seem to have a palette knife fixation, as my program has pretty lousy brush tools. Do you know if Painter X runs on Mac?

Palette knives are fun... Which program are you using?
Also - yes I think you can get painter X for Mac, I'd be very surprised if you can't. It's expensive to buy new though - I recommend eBay, I bought mine second-hand through there.

It's over $350 on Amazon. I picked mine up on eBay for $70 - the only problem with ebay is you really have to search to find an authentic version and not a ripped cd.
I've heard of art rage, never tried it - but from what I've seen of your work, it seems quite similar to painter.
