It seems her mom had a hard time sharing the news, as it wasn't until about two months later that she reached out to me as well...unfortunately, I didn't know until much, much later because I hadn't seen the sign...
I'm sorry for your loss in addition to what happened to Vivi. 
I hope you are staying safe and well. All we can do now is to live our lives as best as we can. I'm glad to know she had other wonderful friends, too, especially right up to the end.

According to her mom I was talking to her up until she died. I miss her so fucking much. I didn't know until 2 months later because her mom didn't know how to tell me. She was blind the last 3 months of her life and her mother said she read everything I said to her since she couldn't see. I wish I had known sooner and I wish I knew she was blind. I really don't know how to cope with this loss. Last year was so painful for me. I lost my therapy dog and my best friend. I keep thinking about if I'm glad she didn't see what we found out about Pink Diamond from Steven Universe did or if we could have coped with the horrible things Pink Diamond did together.
I don't know what to do. I miss her so incredibly much every day. I've been depressed all year and I'm not taking her loss very well. Sorry if I seem off. I just don't talk about her loss much because its so incredibly painful.Β
