Nope, that photo is only on Polaroid film. If you look on my site, you can see that the original is for sale in the shop section, or prints as well.

1. Where is it taken? (For example: a dark room, in the forest etc.)

I photograph anyone, as long as they pay the commission fee and sign the model's contract.
Because that is how I envisioned the photograph before I shot it.
