There is surely nothing other than the single purpose of the present moment. A man's whole life is a succession of moment after moment. If one fully understands the present moment, there will be nothing else to do, and nothing else to pursue.

hmm what a strange question-but crying for me anyways is such a spontaneous, betraying thing-i never really cry when i want to and when i do i find myself more angry or confused then sad

I cry nearly every day, which can seem a spontaneous betrayal but also just another brief, necessary release. I feel too much, and so overflow periodically.

how lucky of you-i think i have crying constipation lol-in the sense that i usually feel as if i'm on the verge of tears, wanting to cry but always nothing and in the oddest moments a song,an image, a word or sentence i'll just start balling-i assume your very connected with yourself, your world inorder to cry nearly everyday
