Have you tried PokemonDaily ?
With your level of quality I'm pretty sure you'd be accepted as a member. (they only accept people with a certain standard, and they have a lot of cool art)

There's a lot of general pokemon groups out there too. draw-em-all and PokemonFans4ever are two others?
