Some more useful feedback on that awesome picture of the feathered serpent chasing Cuthulu on a giant bat.

I love the perspective of the city. I almost have an explanation of my solution for 3 point perspective written out.

Something that I think that you should keep in mind is to suggest repeating patterns instead of always drawing it in.

The feathers on the wing, and the side scales are both not so great. At various points you have adjusted the size of the scales for distance, but that makes the tail a lot darker than it appears.

By distance: Head, neck, wing, bottom loop, top loop, tip of tail.
Head: Scales & details are great!
Neck: It seems like you struggle a bit with the directional nature of the scales. Might be best to not define all of the scales, perhaps convex areas where the muscles flex, and suggest the pattern?
Wing: The shape of the feathers feels very similar to the scales. I feel that larger feathers may look better.
Bottom loop & rest of tail: Suggest the pattern of the scales.

You have the pattern of fur nailed. I need to try to duplicate that.
