I remember in the 5th grade I would draw one eyeball outside the guy's head and one in, but noone understood, so I gave up.
Then, recently, throughout the years, using words like merp or marp in chat, I grew an affinity with words that meant I was flustered, disturbed, surprised, or disgusted.

wait same!!! about dave and karkat! like, I don't mind them, and I'll go for it if it's a nice picture or fanfiction, but I've just never really gotten behind it.
on the other hand I love jade she's such a fabulous babe. I get what you like about wanting to like a character but it not working out, but what don't you like about her? (genuinely curious, not trying to change your mind or anything, it's cool if you don't like a character I like.)

not super related, but it took me a while to get into rose! I like her snarkiness, but I don't know, she never really grabbed my interest! Although I've been getting more interested in her lately.

The thing I love about the girls is that jade helps people
with their problems by cutting straight through the heart.
And Rose helps people with their problems by being complex.
And speaking of Rose, she is definetly the most unique and rare
character you'll meet now and days. Her giant vocab talk is just
her way of playing around with people, antagonizing them
because it's like her sort of way to humor herself. like how dave thinks his
irony is funny to him and he likes how it's ironic that he thinks it's funny
which adds on to why it's ironic. it's just sort of this thing
or inside joke to himself if you look at it.
Just like rose she uses those "snarky" comments basically to tease people
not only to show off that she's smart or whatever even though she really is.
And she hides herself really well too behind her ruse,which is why she is the most complexed character to understand since her conversation is stepped stone around her way of humor and skepticism- these homestuck characters you just gotta dig out
more in them than there really is there to them.
Rose is actually quick to anger and flirty in her own little way.
she's really different which is why I love her so much, also she's like a dark-light character.

you know I almost considered it, because I think I could actually afford it if I got some friends in on it but it's like a couple days after I get home from disney land- just short enough that it's ridiculous to go back and just long enough that it doesn't make sense to stay.

Oh no it's quite all right! I ended up not going to Fanime because I was in an accident and got eight staples and three sutures in my leg so ...no lengthy periods of walking/standing! :[ Luckily they're all out now and I'm healing up, so hopefully AX should be okay.

I did, I wore a dress resembling the tardis that I made for halloween and then cosplayed Roxas from kingdom hearts one day. I missed cosplaying homestuck, but I just didn't have anything besides dream jade this year! I went to the meet anyways with my homestuck dressed friends, which was great because I met people who were tired and wanted to get away from the throng.
