What a very mature response from you. You should know by now though after being on DA for 2 years that those kind of things aren't taken lightly.

for future reference you might want to look through this, because randomly found images from google are copyrighted in most cases and use of copyrighted material without proper permission is not permitted on DA. For example that photo of Chris Motionless is copyrighted most likely and thus breaches Deviantart policies.

Most likely either these people have asked permission, or haven't and are also breaching DA's policies. But since there are a lot of people submitting copyrighted material it's hard to weed out all of them. Regardless, you can get your account (temporarily or even permanently) banned for submitting copyrighted work.

If you are found deliberately misrepresenting the copyrighted work of another as your own your account will be immediately banned and deactivated."

Well, not submit any photography or drawings that aren't made by you and you should be golden really. Unless of course you have permission from the original artist in question to use their work.
Stock-accounts on DevArt often have a journal entry on their stock rules, or have the rules posted in their artist comment, and they often give people permission there to use their work, other stock accounts require that you personally ask permission to use their stock.
And preferably remove anything that's not made by you from your gallery as well. As far as I can see it's currently that recent submission of Chris Motionless, and the Twilight screenshots which appear to be a copyrighted work
