ahaha ;_; assignments. but at this stage most of the assignments are fun but time consuming.
ahhh on holiday i should focus on my iep and portfolio.. but im pretty bad at sticking to things i say, so we'll see XP

oooh ive dabbled in sai, though to be honest i prefer photoshop. probably because im so used to it though o_o

How is your portfolio going so far?

Also, Sai is amazing ^_^ but for painting
Photoshop is better for general doodling and photo related activities
But Sai is so good for painting D:

ahhh i dont think ill ever convert to sai ;_; ive learned to paint in photoshop (and blending with the smudge + jitter thing is awesome). but in the end the software you use wont make anyone a better artist. i guess it just makes things easier at varying limits.. or thats how i see it.
maybe one day ill give sai another shot, i just think the interface irks me a little tbh ahaha ;_; such a weak excuse~

ahhh so far my portfolio is bleak... i really need to do something about it... but its so hard to finish an art piece! it takes so much time and dedication, but i lack patience. but its something ill get over, im sure

Yah blending and smudge are my best friends in Photoshop, even though it is a bit tedious (still quite nooby @ ps)

But if you ever do get sai again, it is a very small dload and i got it for free (shhh)

Yeah I totally agree about the portfolio, most art works take a few days to make them actually look good!

im gonna have to improve on my fundamentals before i start looking into a portfolio zz

oooh just the loomis books, particularly. >A< shows me a lot of stuff ive overlooked, and helps put a method behind drawing things ;w; you can legally download them for free too, which is neato.
