Some sort of grotesque and horrible fish man beastie with Lovecraftian worship tendency's.
I'm going to try and corrupt all the other PCs in the game and make them doubt their purpose, leaving them open for me to stab them in the back and pick them off one by one.

'til you stab me in the back of course...it sounds awesome BTW...i was invisioning a cow skull when i was thinking about the black dragon too...and she described the unicorn thing to me...sounds gay personally...she said it had a girly unicorn and a rainbow... <.< i was thinking it would be his evil gods emblem...not the clerics good emblem...even if its to show he killed the cleric or whatever...i would have to tell that to everyone who saw the picture...why not the bad one??? unless you make the unicorn emblem like scratched or have a chunk missing...it wouldn't look vary cool would it???

The emblem is ragged and torn in many places, and looks like it belonged to a wealthy house/baron-ship/kingdom.
The unicorn is regally rearing up on it's hind legs and bucking at the air with defiance in it's proud eyes, a star above it wreathed in smaller stars.
He also has scraps of stolen armor on various parts of his body.

YESH!!!! lol, he sounds bad ass tho huh? he can spray a line of acid 60 ft 1nce a day, for his big attack! ima have ari draw it, or truthfully would beg you to draw it! like a black minotaur with a black dragon tail and horns, with more of a dragon face with lots of fangs and HUGE muscles!!!! but still have hoofs and stuff...

To start, NEVER do pokemon edits, fusions, or recolours.
Ever.
They're icky and annoying.

Most people start with this:

While I HATEHATEHATE sonic recolours, that's the best way to start.
Recolour and edit a pose or two from one of those character sheets, then get back to me.
I'll give you crit that may help you improve.
