You can use whichever form is more convieniant. Normal lioness would be a lot easier to use. I wouldn't mind if you used her original form.

im thinking more like a female body builder but not that big. she will have some more flame style hair but they dont have much for hair in awr.

she will have a breast plate and almost nothing for clothes and will train in a mage style kung fu with fire as her main power however she will still have flame colored fur

That sounds awesome. So just some armor plates on her shoulders, arms, legs, and her chest. Otherwise, shes's just wearing a loin cloth or a mini skirt?
