I should be better. I have the day off today COMPLETELY for once, everyone is out of the house, and I don't have any exams or papers to worry about. But I made the mistake of doing laundry right after drinking coffee.

Now it's three hours later, I smell like cleaning products, and the house is spotless. That's the exact opposite of how this day should have gone.

The weird part is that I hate cleaning, I wasn't asked to do any of it, and I don't even expect any recognition for it. It's just that if I do one household chore before the caffeine hits my system, when it hits I am suddenly transformed into the epitome of a 1950s housewife, complete with apron and bare feet. Now I've finally finished cleaning, but it's still too early to start dinner (no one else will be home until 8 or 9 tonight) so I have no idea what to do with myself.

This is probably more information than you were expecting, but whatever, I'm still on my coffee buzz.
