Well just searched it up and Ive read about the expedition forces in sector 20 and they belive there are only 26 sectors and are trying to penetrate the last of the sleeper mystery following the dissapearance of a great 'exile' of sorts and this may be related to it, this however may be more related to tech 3 frgiates than anything else though who knows.
