They are manips with painted on clothing, and a lot of "cut and paste", blending, body part changes, head changes, hair color changes, some artistic fill ins between body parts, etc, but most were photographs of some sort at one time, maybe that's why?
Thanks for liking them. Β
I just do this to pass the time, it's mostly for my own benefit/amusement but someone talked me into posting them. Β If others like my efforts that's a plus.

So Deviant Art told me when I asked if my renderings were considered "art" way back when i joined. Β I'm glad people like my "messing around with photos", I just do it for fun and have never charged anything to do it. Β Some people knit or make crafts and give them away to people, I do manips. Β I do it just to relax me when I get stressed. Β As I said previously "If other people like it that's a plus".
When I started doing this I didn't even know I could do it, it surprised me as well as the people that know me, it just kind of happened one day when I was "doodling around", someone said "Hey, that's good, you outta post it on the Internet" and that's how it all got started. Β Kind of weird as I have never even had any instruction in art except for one Art Appreciation class in college. Β Its just one of those "natural ability" things that kind of just happened from out of nowhere, like i said it surprised me as much (maybe more) than people that know me when it did happen.

They were painted by hand and with cut and paste, but when my computer crashed over a year ago I lost the program, so there may not be anymore for awhile.

I really enjoy your work a lot.
I can recommend Vicman's (free) photo editor if you aren't aware of it. Very good for warping, among other things.

Thanks, I never heard of that program, will try it and see if I like it better than what I am using. I tried Gimp2 and found it to be exactly like the Photo Impression I have been (and still am) using (only with harder to understand icons). I'm in the process of downloading VicMan as I write this.

I use Windows paint xp, which has the manual cut and paste facility and what for me is the most useful lettering system. For warping and colors I have vicman. I find the beauty of these programs is in their simplicity.
You are getting very good results from what you have been using. I just suggested vicman because discovering it was such a boon for me, especially in respect of warping, changing facial expressions etc and coloring.

VicMans warp is better than what I have been using, and I downloaded the "Lighting" thingy too, Photo Impression has a better coloring system. I'm still experimenting with VicMan, and haven't tried everything yet.
Thanks for the tip on VicMan. I downloaded Adobe CS3 and don't like it at all. Gimp 2 is so much like Photo Impression it looks like the same program with a different name (If you want to try that).

I have Gimp 2, but I really have never given it much of a try yet.
I don't know if its the same as what you've been using, but the more you play about warping an image with Vicman the poorer the resolution gets. However, you can sharpen with a trilinear filter and the saturation/contrast facility can help improve it.
I must admit I like the Vicman coloring facilities. You can do very little with coloring using Paint XP.

For the hundredth time, for those that keep asking/commenting. Yes the clothes/outfits/costumes are PAINTED ON the models. Just today (again) I get a msg saying "Those clothes are so tight they look like they were painted on..." yes, that is because they ARE "painted on".

You have a really cool gallery.
I like how everything you do is self taught. You don't need $300 dollar programs to do great work.

Thank you. As I often say to people, these are done with FREE programs, you do NOT need to go out and buy some $300 program. I find "Gimp 2" (also a FREE program)is about the same as Photo Impression, and more easily obtained.

I have a friend who wants a sexy picture photoshoped into another photo. Can you do that ?

nyesolover In reply to AbnerEntrepreneur [2011-03-16 05:10:34 +0000 UTC]
Yep, I sure can, if the things you want photoshopped line up. I can do most anything, add/remove people, change backgrounds, slim or fatten bodies/breasts/legs, change hair color, etc. Tell me EXACTLY what you want done and I'll do my best to get it that way.
