A bit about myself? ... Hehe! Mischievous laugh, etcetera etcetera!Joseph Oyem is an exceptionally talented concept artist who also happens to know 3D like Jackie Chan knows Kung Fu. Joseph has a Black Belt (Degree) in Computer Games Design from the Dojo (University) of Teesside in Middlesbrough, England and has had his share of freelance gigs.
Joe currently resides in London, England, but is aiming for a plot of land next to that U.S. Flag on the moon, and when he is not creating digital magic, he likes to watch movies, listen to music and enjoys the company of family and friends.

Well, I looked through your gallery and I, for the most part liked what I saw. On a side note, you've just been tagged.

Hi, I once asked about you taking a request on this picture . Now you say in your journal you reserve the right to deny any request for any reason, so I assume you do take requests.
Also, you say in your journal that you do non-commercial work only, I don't intend sell the requested work but do plan to use as concept art and to promote a game I'm working on. Do you consider that to be a commercial purpose or not?

Actually, I still don't take requests. What I meant was "I reserve the right to refuse any commission request for any reason" i.e. requests made for commissions or made during commissions that are for example not to my liking or are just simply absurd. I suppose I'd better change that before anyone else gets confused.
Having said that, since you did ask me about it before, you can go ahead and send me your request as a note and I may consider doing it depending on what it is and how long it's likely to take.
As for the commercial thing, from what you have told me you want to do with it, it should be fine, just as long as you credit me for the work if I do decide to take it up.
