We'll I've done gymnastics for about eight years and got into parkour about 3 years ago. and The gym I go to right now isn't really good for parkour

Wow. You must be pretty darn good at both free running and parkour. We use the gym many to practice moves and just to keep active during the winter.

Yah Im on a team. I just started this past year tho. I never did gymnastics or anything like that. But Ive always been into climbing things and getting into things that I wasnt supposed to.
