haha i'm flattered, but unfortunately, not a very good teacher.
First, try to get your hands on adobe flash . Then learn the absolute essentials of how to use its features, which you can find on youtube. Inserting new keyframes, using motion tweens, turning onion skinning on, and how symbols work.
Then it's a matter of actually learning how to animate, which people often overlook. Maybe start with a walk cycle, or a bouncing ball. Notice that in the bouncing ball for instance, the ball isn't moving at the same speed the whole time, it slows down as it goes up, and speed up when it goes down. Just picture what is happening in your head, maybe act it own in slow motion, and just do it
One of the biggest tips if you want your proportions to be kinda consistent is to animate pose to pose. That means you draw all the poses or 'keys' or 'keyframes' first, then draw all the frames in between the poses.
Animation isn't easy, it took me 2 years to really get comfortable with what I was doing, so patience is key!
