Hey I brought a tail and ears from San Japan on Friday and I forgot who I got it from. I pulled up the receipt and I saw that it came from you. I was wondering if the tail and ears came from you and how do I do I wash them.

Hello! Your ears were made by Tiffany and your tail was made by Brad, to clean them spot wash with a damp cloth and air dry. Do not tumble heat in the dryer, it will damage the fur.
