I want to try to inform those who may be in the same situation as I am right now
I want to start this off by saying, I do not mind waiting any amount of time for art. I understand that things may come up and breaks must be taken. however, I feel as if that is much different than this. especially considering the fact that there has been no update for months. all the way back on june 25th of this year I initially noted panchiicake about being interested in a doodle bust. all on that same day, they replied to me, accepted my commission, and sent me an invoice on paypal which I paid. here are all of the notes back and forth on that day.

two days later on june 27th,  Hate to do this butHey fam.
So those that have commissioned / been scammed by :iconpanchiicake:, she has now moved to :iconmilksuu:

This is milksuu's paypal linking to their old profile and this is the receipt for one of the items I had paid for, yet not received. I've waited since June for a CYOP adopt & a ych. 
She owes me $130. 
PLEASE WATCH OUT! I don't want you to get scammed out of your money too. 
I know a lot of people are in the same boat as me, and I do hope paypal sides with us in our claims since she has not completed her commissions nor responded to any of us.
I hate to make journals like this, but I cannot have people get victimized/scammed like I have.

Not to be pushy, but I ordered an inexpensive "doodle bust" with the promise of "super fast delivery" (your words, not mine). The others were done within days, and mine has been waiting for a month Normally I wouldn't care, but the expectation was "super fast delivery" for an uncolored sketch.

If you'd rather not do my commission any more, then I'll take my 450 points back. By the fact that you aren't even logging in much, I'm guessing you're rather busy anyways and I would hate my commission to be a burden
