If you mean a DeviantID, you have to submit whatever you want to be your ID under the "DeviantArt Related > DeviantID" category. Then, you go to your preferences for your profile and choose your Deviant ID.
If you mean a featured deviation, go to your profile preferences and select one of your deviations to be displayed at the top of your profile (featured).
And... you know...save your changes after, haha.
