I actually put a lot of thought into it. More thought, in hindsight, than I put into Cursed-Blessings {which is weird considering that that one is cool/slash/presumptious as heck and this one...shares its name with a Vocaloid song :l}
I don't want to make any paragraphs atm because I only got about 1 hr of sleep/day average this week and I think I'd make no sense so have a list XD
1) I like the nature of the compound, it's highly toxic and yet is in innocuous-looking repellents like mothballs.
2) Yes I knew about the song when I named it...didn't have much to do with it, but didn't have *nothing* to do with it either.
3) Back to the song. I deeply relate to the thoughts in that. Not so much the lyrics but the second-long flashes of text in the AMV...what if life is all hypocrisy, things like that. I'm stuck in a train of thought like that about half the time. I do things without knowing why. I don't know what my life is about. Or what life in general is about. I have a lot of fear and contempt. And, the way PARAJIKUROROBENZEN/BENZEN is substituted for an idea is nice XD;
4) I wanted a name with more than one meaning. Something that one half of people would think was foreign-and-or-nonsense, and (roughly) another half would say OH A VOCALOID SONG. Whereas the meaning for me is 1) the compound and 2) somewhat the song, also 3) that meaning of life that I go into aimless spirals for.
That's about it, if there's anything too nonsensical in there just tell me {I really should sleep, I'm not even sure of what I just wrote D: }
