Oh, ok, sorry i misunderstood you. No, I'm not from the Philippines. I have been there 4 times. My wife is from there. I'd like to see some pics of your place. Do you get depressed because it's so gloomy there in Albania? I have moved to Florida because of that reason. I have much depression...even till now.

Hi Jairgirl.
I am not Filipino, but my wife is from Cebu. I have gone there 4 times so far. It seems like people there are not interested in art..because they are just surviving every day and are much more practical. I had brought some of my old photos with me to bring to my wife's family there, but they didn't care at all for them..
What kind of camera do you use? I have always used a cheap SLR camera. I wished that I had a much better and sharper one all those years because of the good photos I've taken.

nice to hear from you, yes art in the philippines is not that well appreciated specially to urban areas, to some it is even taboo.
sorry to hear they dont appreciate your photo,, i did
just understand that it is not something they are not aware of to appreciate.
you have great collection of photo,, it is really awesome so hope you keep doing your stuff.
i have a canon powershot G5 and my man have canon 30D.
it also shows on the gallery what camera we are using.

What is the megapixle of your camera...or is it a 35mm?
I still use my 35mm. Not the best kind of camera lens's. Have you been to Kawasan Falls?

yes it is 35mm, no i have never been there the only place i have been to outside manila is boracay, baguio and tagaytay.

i wish i can go to other places in the philippines,, i think they are awesome,,, just the financial hinders it all,, oh well!

Baguio is supposed to be real nice. I haven't seen it though. I have heard of boracay too. You've never been to Cebu?

how are you?
i've been to baguio 2 yrs ago and there's a huge change already its not that peaceful like it used to be,, i mean it is more of a city like now although it is still a great place,, i love boracay, i think it is much prettier now with all the enhancement the tourism dep have been done.
i never see cebu but always wanted to see it,, i've heard so much great stuff about the place so i know it is a wonderful place to visit.
do you have a home in PI?

I can imagine that Baguio has changed now. The only time I've been to Manila was during the stop over with my flight to Cebu. It's a very huge and busy place! I arrived there by myself one time many years ago about 3 am. in the morning and when I got outside the airport their were hundreds of kids..people trying to grab my luggage from me! I guess because they wanted to carry it for money. I was kind of scared they were just taking my luggage from me! I went fishing again yesterday..caught a couple nice sized sheepshead fish. Ate them for dinner last night..was very good. What is your age? I'm 50..i look very young though. Would yo want to exchange photos of each other?
