i can't imagine how someone could have any doubts about that piece! its completely outstanding, by the way, hoy did you achieve that intense white color on the ball??,,, seems so bright that is hard to believe its just white chalk Β

Oh, that's a kind of long story ... but you made me feel much better about the picture again
The trick with thick layers of white chalk is probably this: don't put on fixate spray at all! I've read lots about it when my Helios was finished. And everyone tells you the same: The colours darken and lose their brilliance. So I just scanned it raw as it was (what was a little pain in the ass) and put it into a glass frame, to keep it from dusting off too much, as soon as possible after - but it was absolutely worth it
