my thesis professor told me that my uni doesn't give me any certifications about my language levels.
he suggested me to take some certifications abroad, where I won't have to pay taxes like I would be doing if I took them here where I am.
I can only tell you that my levels should reach the B2-C1 European expectations both in English and French.
it's only a question of habit for me to fully get into the languages.
and I also have a A2 in German C: which I'm proud of.

I can only tell you also that England is the shittiest place to take any language certs.
Full language courses are expensive as hell and we most certainly charge quite a lot more than other EU countries when it comes to any certification. Best not done here, I think your situation would be even worse.
