Hi Susan!
Cheers for your kind comment on "Storm out on the Water"!
Yeah, oceans are always a huge source of inspiration! The photo was taken in the eastern part of Germany at the ocean during my summer holidays. But no matter what body of ocean you visit, it always has something spiritual. Thanks a lot for checking the photo out...have a great day!

I have to admit that I haven't seen much of his work, but it definitely makes me feel better to know that he didn't care much about 'interesting' skies. Anyway, thanks a lot for the comment!

Thought I'd come by and see what's new. I'm at school right now, and the connection is pretty craptastic. Hey, I'm a chef not a computer whiz!
Anyway, I got to see a couple of your pics, I'll look at the rest later.
Gotta get some research done for my paper. It's due Monday, and I have class in about an hour. Talk to you soon!

I should start reading the trilogy again, I totally adore it The movies are pretty good too, just today I was thinking that's it now only 4 months until we get to see Return of the King, I'm so curious! I don't have the dvd of the Two Towers yet, we're waiting for the 4 dvd set to come out in November..I'm dying to see that movie again, even though I was a bit disappointed in it, but the battle at Helm's Deep was absolutely fabulous.

Heh, I'm a bit of a geek when it comes to Tolkien, I guess Oh and thanks a lot for your comment on my latest photos, your words mean a lot to me

Thanks a lot for the lovely comment! It's funny you mentioned Cadfael, I never read the books, but it was made into a tv series and I used to watch it quite often.

Hi, I didn't know Cadfael was international. I've read most of the books twice and some three times. Haven't lately because I'm reading the Lord of The Rings Trilogy again. Can't wait for the last one, Return of the King. There are previews of it on the Two Towers DVD and it looks stupendous!! You do such lovely work. I just wanted to drop you a note.

I wish to thank you for all the wonderful comments on my work.

"peace through superior firepower" was not so much a prophetic piece as a peice inspired by the knowlege of who was going in and what they were going to do. A lot of senior Sgt's of today were privates who served under me when I was a Sgt.

Yes I spoil my grandsons as much as I can.

As for "Trinkets", I have nothing but respect for all who served in combat zones or outside of combat zones.

Thank you a lot for the comment, I actually think you're completely right..I listen too much to people who are always complaining about my 'bland' skies, I should start listening to myself more! Thanks again

Hi, I was just mulling over old notes and I found this one. I thougth of you this weekend when kitchenbabe and I went to the Ansel Adams show at the museum. Your are in very good company with your bland skies--he photographed LOTS!!! of them. The show was fantastic I saw some photos I had not seen before. We kind of looked holes through them we looked so long. Then they told us we were standing too close!! Sorry, but that's how I look at photos!! I want to see details, and focusing, and contrast, textures and he had them all. It was great!!

It's OK. I have trouble finding the little doodads that add so much to notes and such. These were lwftovers. Still haven't found them.

Hello fellow Atlanta Deviant!

I linked here some time ago from 's page, I think... anyway, I'm always looking to see what the local artistry's doing, so I'm hunting ATLiens. If you can think of any other Atlanta deviant's, send me a note or a deviant comment... uhh, please.

I'm headed back into the galleries now!

and a hypervoxel is a particle efects attribute .... its realy hard to explain its like a abunch of dots that float around and are girven information in order to achevie a certain effect ... i suggest you check particle effects and hyper voxels out on google they would be able to explain it 1000 times better tahn me
