# About me

At a stop light the other day I was watching some little birds taking dust baths in the dirt around some shrubs. How cute they were , fluffing their feathers in the little holes they had made in the dry dirt. When the cars started moving again they were startled for a sec, flew up into the shrub and then one by one went back to the the dirt. At times I see squirrels running across the telephone wire, like high wire acrobats at the circus. Sometimes the wires are lined with little birds that fly up randomly like a syncronized swarm and then land back just like they were. Once on the way to walmart I was admiring the fall leaves on all the trees and then noticed this one little tree in the median that was just perfect. It was so symetrical all the way around and it just looked so cute amongst all the taller trees with their twisted branches and imperfections of age and weather. It made me smile to myself and I was thinking about how I wished I was not in my car so that I could take a picture of it. When it is windy outside, there are sometimes leaves that blow across the road, tumbleing and bouncing after each other. In my head I hear them laughing as they cross to the other side. Everyday on the way home from picking my son up from school I am looking up and admiring the evening sky. As I pass over the cosgrove bridge, the sun is setting and all the colors reflect into the water below. It is so beautiful. I wonder how high vines go into the trees, I like how the grasses on the side of the road move about every time a car passes, I like how at night on country roads frogs and bugs flash in veiw for a sec as the pass through the light from the cars headlights. These things amuse me, these things make me smile and these things are what always have me distracted from paying attention to where I am going. :)
