Hi! Hi! - :wave: Nice drawings! Aww - :aww:

I haven't used GIMP, so I don't know if my tips can help you.
But play with it to see if you somehow could convert a drawing into lineart sketch which will make it a lot easier to color. I would suggest inking with black pen and use the scanner to scan only black lines.

Add a solid color to one area and then Hightlight that colored area. Airbrush the edges with tad darker color and you'll get some shading. Aww - :aww:

Hope this somewhat helps.
