Ishida likes Orihime, yes
but Orihime shows no feelings at all

At Least Sasuke showed feelings that one time before leaving
but Orihime's favourite line is Kurosaki-kun

which is odd because that's Rukia's fav too (Ichigo...) But she get's Renji.

and Ishida can have Nemu.
