Well, hello there. I've been pretty fine myself, specially lately. How about you?

That's good to hear!
...Well, read.
I've been alright lately, too. A bit tired due to sleeping problems (eh, it's summer and all... ), but alright. I've been exercising my hobbies lately, which is always nice.
How's life been for you? School or work-wise?
π: 0 β©: 1
psychobabe22 In reply to QuintonCharles [2011-08-14 04:50:41 +0000 UTC]
Just checked you're from the UK...long way. It's still winter here :/
Hobbies? tell me 'bout them n.n
Well, since I'm still going to school....school-wise XD I suck at it. I never study or anything. Too lazy for it.
Tell me a little 'bout yourself ^^

QuintonCharles In reply to psychobabe22 [2011-08-14 14:54:24 +0000 UTC]
It's still winter for you?
Gosh, the world is strange...
My hobbies include reading, writing, and producing music (mainly). I post my literature here, on deviantART; and I post my music on YouTube.
Gah, school can be difficult, can't it?
I'm on my summer holidays currently so I don't have school for another 3 weeks... late nights are an addiction now.
Me? Oh, I'm just a mildly average-sized teenage boy with an unusual personality. I have autism (Asperger's syndrome), so I'm fairly introverted and shy (except online); I like games, and I like to talk (with friends anyway); I'm bisexual... I like tea and scones, and fish and chips - of course.
And what about you?
π: 0 β©: 1
psychobabe22 In reply to QuintonCharles [2011-08-14 20:34:55 +0000 UTC]
Yeah, still winter.
Oh, music, really? Well, link me to your YouTube page ^^
Tell me about it XD When I was on holidays, I just couldn't sleep early...still can't. I've gotten used to it and now I sleep like just 4 hours or so :/
Oh, I've heard about Asperger's. Actually I read a book about a kid with Asperger's for my english class. It's like autism but a little bit less, right? Correct me if not, cause I don't know much about it.
Me? Well, I'm just a 17-year-old girl having a good time Nah, I love music and photography. I like going out with my friends more than anything. I hate school...that's why I don't study XD And we share another thing, except that I'm a full-on lesbian n.n Dunno what else to say LOL

QuintonCharles In reply to psychobabe22 [2011-08-15 11:28:19 +0000 UTC]
My YouTube channel is [link] .
Most of the stuff on there isn't particularly good; the song I've been working on recently though sounds great, in my opinion.
Gah, I had another late night last night. I just need to force myself to get into bed at an earlier time and maybe read a book or something. xD
Well, I have - I would say - incredibly mild autism. I'm not what one would typically think of when one hears 'autistic', but I do have some problems 'socialising', or talking to people I'm not too confident with - in real life anyway.
And Asperger's syndrome is just like a 'sub-section' of autism as a whole.
Still, the main thing I get from Asperger's syndrome would probably be my particularly good memory. xD
Bisexuality > lesbianism... I get the best of both worlds.

Wow, you really do that? I'm really impressed. How old are you?
Yeah, when I wanted to sleep earlier, i used to grab a book or my ipod and read something in my bed. Never fails to make me sleepy XD
If you woldn't have told me about your asperger's, I'd say that we all have problems socialising at one point or another. Btw, how do you handle it? Cause people can be really unsympathetic and....basically bitches XD when dealing with something they don't know or understand
That must be so cool, I could really use an ability like that sometimes. You're lucky.
I don't need the best of both worlds, I'm fine with having just all of one. Good, bad...eveything n.n

QuintonCharles In reply to psychobabe22 [2011-08-16 10:00:15 +0000 UTC]
I'm 15.
Eh, it's not that big a feat; there are loads of adolescent electronic artists on the internet - some, bigger, better, and/or more famous than me.
[link] - That song was made by someone who goes to the same school as me (who I believe is 16 now), yet he has practically a cult of followers. xD
I suppose we do all have problems... just, mine perhaps more so than others. (Well, that's what the 'rules' of autism say. )
Gah, like I say, I've only got mild autism so nobody really notices it. I'm more towards what people what describe as 'quirky' than "He definitely has special needs". I don't really get unsympathetic responses towards my behaviour, and the most bullshit I get is towards my bisexuality.
Ha, it can be... but often because of my good memory people expect me to do and remember things well, so when I don't it's all "But you said you could remember stuff..."
It's along the lines of being able to look at somebody's scrabble letters for about half a second and having remembered them unknowingly.
"Hey! You saw my letters!"
"Yeah, but only for, like, half a second... I didn't remember all of them. I just know that you have a C... and an E, and an A... and a G, and a U, and an I, and an L. ...Oh, I did remember them all. "

You're younger than me then.
Did I read right? He released that song with a label already?
Pardon my language but...screw rules! They say that they're meant to be broken.
I actually get that feeling from you, like if you were completely outgoing, but I know that the net and real life are two different things. Happens to me too.
Oh, so typical. The moment someone finds out you're not straight, they forget everything else and focus on attacking that spot.
Happens all the time, that's why I don't like to say I'm good at anything, cause then you have to live up to those expectations or people will look disappointed at you.
Haha, that would come in very handy at school man!
Sorry if sth of what I've said doesn't make sense, it's just that i've had a very long and tiring day *falls asleep as she talks*

Yep! I feel small now!
But yeah, I do different genres to him, and at the moment the genres he does are really mainstream. Trance... well, I think it's better for me to just gain a following on YouTube and then independently sell my stuff on iTunes - to maximise all the money I would get. A record company would only really advertise my stuff and try and get it in mix-tapes and albums and do other legal stuff, whilst taking a large proportion of the profit. Given that music isn't my initial career choice...
I confuse people by suggesting that I'm gay, then saying I'm straight another day, then saying I'm bisexual the next (etc.). I get lots of questions from people asking me whether I'm "actually gay". It's quite funny.
As it's quite humorous, I tend to adore such attention because of my mysterious sexuality.
I know how you feel... Some times I start long arguments on deviantART in my peak time (the time at which I'm sharpest; about 5 - 8 ) but I let them overrun later into the night and I start rambling and the other arguer, often from America, gets the upper hand because they can argue more fluidly and less... well, to be frank, stupidly.

Being young has its advantages, you know?
What do you plan on studying when you grow up?
"actually gay" hahaha Do your parents know you're bi?
it's just that sleep and laziness often get the best of me and I don't know what to reply. Besides if I'm talking with a native english speaker, sometimes I can't grasp the whole concept of what they're saying and I make an ass of myself XD
Btw, how do you make all those faces? Cause I can't T_T
π: 0 β©: 1
QuintonCharles In reply to psychobabe22 [2011-08-23 11:19:53 +0000 UTC]
Yeah... I suppose. xD
Well, currently for GCSE (General Certificate of Secondary Education), I'm studying English, Maths, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, and Religious Studies, but I'm also studying subjects I've chosen to study: Economics, Media, Computing, and Design and Technology. For further education, I may study Physics and Maths; music is a hobby so I probably wouldn't go into further courses for becoming a sound technician, and literature courses - even those regarding or focused on purely 'getting published' seem a bit silly or unnecessary.
When I'm older, I'm not quite sure what I want to be. I'd like to be a physicist of some description or another, perhaps - but I'd also direly need spare time to write and make music, etc.
Nope - my parents don't know I'm bisexual. I'd rather not tell them until I get a boyfriend, if that happens. If I manage to find myself in a (successful ) relationship with a girl, I probably wouldn't tell them.
They probably have their hunches.
Ah, I understand! In fact, I dropped languages (German and French) for GCSE because I'm so bad at them. :C
All the faces I use are in the 'Emoticons' library. When you reply to a comment, just look at the bottom-left of your reply box and there'll be an 'Emoticons' link that will pop up showing hundreds of faces and their codes.
For example, is written as :slow: - and is written as :noes:. x3

WOW! Those are a lot of studies for your age, but that's great man!
Same with me here. I'd rather not tell my mom, at least until I get a girlfriend. Though I don't know how I would tell her either, I guess I'd rather she found out by herself (is that well written? :/) But all my friends keep telling me 'Don't you think it'd be kinda hard for your mom to walk on you and your girl?' And maybe they're right, y'know? But I don't have the guts to tell her by myself...not yet. But, same as you, she probably knows and is waiting for me to tell her
Actually I'm very good at languages and I love them.
Mmm....let's see. Like this?

Most of them are obligatory. xD
Mmm... and yes, it's perfectly written.
Well, I suppose... but having said that, I'd much rather spill the information with that particular person whom I love to be in the room, or by my side. Having said that, my parents are pretty accepting of the fact (I have a sister who's a lesbian)...
Yes!

So so so sorry I took ages to answer!!! T_T been really busy man!
Well, yeah of course i'd rather do it with my gf beside me, but if I can't and have to do it, I wouldn't know how.
I don't know how my mom would react. I guess she would feel 'hurt' at first, but she would accept me and love me still n.n
Well, how did she come out?
Behold world, for now I know how to do it!

Hmm... :c
And I'm not sure... she had a boyfriend at one point, but... I suppose that didn't work out, and then she met her current girlfriend. Through work, I believe. I'm not sure how she came out at all; when she did it or in what manner.

Hey that's awesome that you three know each other! I'm actually kinda jealous since I don't have any childhood friends. So who brought the Roomie craze to the others?
I think it's called a pad. A practice pad? I actually don't have one of those. I just practice on the floor or on my bed. I really ought to practice my technique more... But nothing beats playing on a real drumset. That's basically how I practice, I just improvise for like 30 minutes or an hour (even two) when I'm really into it. But I did have drums lessons until last year, it really helps having solid basics to rely on.
The story of mah drummin' :3
