There are no excuses for stealing art.

If you think you are bad at drawing practice and better. There are loads of tutorials on dA and youtubers that can help you.
I'm sure the artists that drew them would love to hear your praise, but would hate to see you posting their hard work else where, as your own (dA gives you copyright over EVERYTHING you post, if it's not yours, you're breaking the law, not just dA rules).

Don't be scared or embarrassed of your current skill level, everyone starts from somewhere. Practice will make you better.
