Well it depends on what kind of clay you have. If you use air dry clay, Then yes! You can leave it for a while till its finished and all dried. But of you have Non air dry clay... Different brands of polymer clay require different temperature for baking. For example, it is 275°F (130°C) for Premo and Sculpey, but 300°F (150°C) for Kato. Check your polymer clay package for the exact baking temperature. Hoped this help!
