Why don't you get a camera and take pictures of the poses your friends make? Take various angle shots. You'll be able to use your friends' positions later, at different angles. This will get you the shots and will save your caring friends the cramps.

I actually just discovered this awesome website where you have almost every pose you can think of (both male and female) and you can turn the picture around 360° and basically get it from every angle
So yay the people around me officially cramp free
