I'm sorry if that sounded snappy and rude. But this new potential law has absolutely nothing to do with fanart as many have been claiming, and it gets really frustrating to see so many freaking out over nothing. If people would actually read through the bill, they would find it is more for further helping with disallowing the distribution of illegal drugs, to help musicians gain profit for the distribution of their music when its streaming on radio stations (which is good for them!), its also about copyrighted music and movies, and about protecting trade secrets.
