hI i know im not jake But ,,,,

jake can get really busy most of the times. please be patient with him. he tries to get his commissions done but just never has the time. im sure that he can get to youe commission as soon as he can

Ik, I'm usually patient with the ppl I commission and I don't really want to be annoying but if he had spent 10 seconds to dignify me with a reply 
"sorry for the wait, I'm busy rn but it'll be done!" I probs would've stopped bothering him 

and 1/4 of a year for a commission? that's absolutely INSANE ! If I had known that earlier I probably wouldn't have commissioned him. In fact if he had KNOWN that he was going to be busy to THIS extent he should have never accepted or even opened his commissions.

You don't understand I get it that not everyone can get their commissions on time. The reason why my comment may come off as rude from a passerby might be due to how I've literally gotten no communication back from him from the moment i sent him the points two months ago so when I contacted him a month later and got no reply I hope you understand why I'm slightly under the weather. I have A LOT of patience but this is too much even for me. A guy that can't spend 10 seconds to reassure his customer that her commission will be done in eventually (but can bother to spam random memes on his profile) is not a guy who I would commission again. ever.

Not the best business practice to purposely ignore ur customers but I don't see this going anywhere anymore and if he happens to open his commissions again and still hasn't either returned my points or drawn my chara I will warn people about this.

I have tried to keep my cool and explained the reasons behind my actions but you just don't get it.
The way u talk in general ("smh" "jfc" "ogm" putting ??? at the end of everything) is honestly really annoying, bias and just plain disrespectful. I have already resolved the issue with someone else whose much nicer so please don't worry ur head about it and stop messaging me.

I'm not yelling at him tho ?? if this was irl and I was yelling then I wouldn't mind being called rude 
but I'm typing so I don't know where u got that from. You're also probably friends with him so u guys regularly keep in touch- I'm not tho, I'm just a regular commissioner wanting to know the status of my piece.

It's literally been 2 months. I get real life can be tough but the least he can do is politely spend a few secs to tell me if he still wants to do it or if he's working on it
I've even given him the option to refund the points in my last comment if he seriously can't do it?
I get it. You're friends with him so obviously you'd think you're doing the right thing but I actually don't get why you're so mad at me for, this is pretty much how any normal human being would react to being treated this way.
