Yeah! I reckon I can make it habit. It's just a struggle sometimes cause I get so apathetic, and then if I let one emotion through every once in while, all these others come out and dammit! They all crush me... And then I get all 'Ugh, what's the point of anything. The world is cruel, so blargh' haha... (mocking my own mysery, haha)

I think to grow we have to learn to breathe deep and accept a little humility. Every thought or idea we have are not equal in importance or relevance... emotions need to be treated in a similar way. We need to learn to recognise emotions that are not valid (those that are overreactions to bruised ego, for example) and understand and treat them as they are - something to rise above.
