Okay, I heard back from them finally! It would be allowed, you would need to transfer her out, and then I need to transfer her into nation, but I'll need some proof of ownership, like a comment with you giving ownership to me ( on her ref, I guess? ). It might have to wait if pocket is still on hiatus, and also she'll need a clutch image or ref to be design-checked on the transfer in! Which is also just her pocket ref, I figure XD so easy enough to do ^^
