I must say that the remake of A Nightmare On Elm Street was SUPER disappointing.
It was bad enough Robert Englund didn't play the role, but the whole story line was stupid.
Remakes are SUPPOSE TO follow the original.
That is what a remake is.
Sorry, I ramble a bit on disappointing things ^-^"

hahaha its fine. i never saw the remake. I only saw the first two originals. Thanks for stopping me because I wanted to see the remake. Not anymore because like you said, nothing beats the original.

I just didn't like the sotry line or the actor who played Freddy.
In all respect, the dude's a great actor and was probably the best choice for a new Freddy, but Robert Englung will always be the REAL and TRUE Freddy
You can watch it if you want since everyone has their own taste in remakes.
I just hate how remakes never follow the original, like I said before lol

I remember not hating the remake of Fright Night.
That was a great movie!
The old version did have some ideas that would've worked great in the new one and the new one had ideas that would've worked great in the old version ^-^

I suggest watchng the original, if you can, THEN the remake.
If you watch the remake first, you'll probably think the original is super cheesey.
It was made in like the 80's or something so it will be cheesey, but not as cheesey if you watch the remale first lol

Just saw Wreck-It Ralph.
It was great! ^-^
A very predictable story line, but a great idea for the whole "entering a video game world" thing.
I definatley recommend it
