Which reminds me: how exactly did you go about modeling those?

Well, for starters, I got some awesome concept art made by . Check them out, they are epic.
I then proceeded to create a high poly model in Zbrush, and later build a low poly around this one in Maya. I used this project to learn how to use Maya basically, as I used to use 3Ds Max ^^
From there on it was texturing and baking maps. Any detailed questions I could answer? because the whole process is rather huge and I won't be able to explain that all in one go

No detailed questions yet; my modelling skills are mediocre at best. I think most of what you could say would fly over my head.
