I only wish I could gather my thoughts so well and write such interesting stories as yours.
It's funny because I used to be obsessed with Saiyuki until Bleach and Jyuushiro came along. We must have similar tastes.

I've always wanted to write and it wasn't until I got into Saiyuki and couldn't get Hakkai out of my mind, that I made up my mind to just do it and write. My very first story is A Brand New Life and I'm still working on it. If it wasn't for my internet sis, I don't think I would have had the courage to write a story, let alone post it!
I started watching Bleach about a year ago and while I really liked it, not one character really "did it" for me...until I saw Jushiro. There was just something about him...but you know what I'm talking about!
If you want to write, just do it! Let me tell you, I reread the first chapter of A Brand New Life and I was horrified at how bad it was. But, the more I wrote, the easier it became. And I'm sure it will be the same for you, hun!
