Thanks a lot for your comment!
I used a special TerraGen-Plugin to create those buildings.
Your gallery is awesome... esp. your 3D-art looks really photorealistic!

Hey babe, I need your help. I submitted my pixel dragon, and I can't sem to be able to view it...well actually, It isn't even under my "recent deviations" OR even in my Gallery! I am really confused too. I went to "browse" and was able to see it there, but still can't see it anywhere on my site...there isn't even that grey block you see when the picture wont load. I am really confused! I thought maybe the server was just being slow, so I went to Sign class, but it still wasn't there when I came back. I checked my list of deviations in the my profile, and the name of the piece IS THERE!!! I am so frustrated.

Thanks for the comment. To answer your question, it was an HDR render. It was done in Cinema 4D and it used 2 large spheres that had an applied luminosity map. The objects in the scene are all set to recieve the reflection an luminosity from the spheres. Kinda complicated, but I followed a tutorial the fist time.

in reply to ur comment for my 'gem' deviation... try using skylight instead of omni.. and you should also try using mental ray renderer in 3dsmax 6 (if u are using that) .. hope this helps ... otherwise for expert advice ask 'divineerror' .. he has some of the best renders i've seen...

Hey,
Thanks for leaving that cool message on my page, and for faving Walls of Unsaid too (it looks great on someone else's page )
I'm really glad you noticed the oddity of the code that lies underneath my website, meaning that you must be very in touch with web designing. To answer your wonders, all the code stands in .js files, that interact with PHP mainly. It was a true crazy javascript performance, we were doing thing like javascript calling PHP in a hidden frame, that was answering thanks to a page containing php-generated javascript code and stuff like that. The craziest part is probably the popup window, which is fully generated with javascript ( with document.write() ), including layout, sliders, comments/database management, image loaders, flash interaction.....
Well, now I wonder if it really was worth it, most people don't understand the performance, and also it's now a pain in the a** to change a single little feature in it.
Thanks again for visiting.

Well rock on, man. Your hard work and convoluted code gives an awesome browsing experience. All I've got on my website (www.kenwalter.net) is a little CSS to keep the galleries in their places and a little javascript to bring up the preview windows. I have a ways to go with that site, but I alwys keep an eye out for great work in design, as well as art.
