# About me

Hi everyone! My name is Sean Russell. I am a comic book artist. I've been drawing since I was around 5 years old, I was inspired by my older brother. I can draw realism, but my passion has always been for comic book art. I have been selling commissions on ebay for 3 years now, I've also been doing art for ppl in my community. I have been offered to be the official artist to the Comic Book Hall of Fame. They are a great group of guys who are acknowledging the fact that comic books need a Hall of Fame too! They are on twitter, facebook, myspace, please check them out! They are raffling off one of my pieces, please check that out! I have illustrated one book for Pickle Press Productions, soon to be published. I have also self-published a book, with an ex-partner, long story. I reside in Lexington, Ohio with my wife and 2 step-daughters. I am hoping to find steady freelance work or employment w/ a company. I do have a story line of my own, which you've seen in my gallery, entitled "Broken-The Forgotten War." It would be a dream come true to publish this, as an on-going comic book, and eventually a movie, toys, etc. But for now, I'm trying to transition from working my "day job" to doing full-time commissions and freelance work. I wanna give a shout out to everyone who's checked out my work, given me feed back or put me on their watching list, thank you, you are encouraging to me!

I've just sent your pic "Benny Hill Fight" to my friend Sue Upton, who played Wondergran. I'm sure she'll be very pleased to know that a character she played, inspired such an homage.
