For one thing low quality sketches provide a good description of how they were drawn (sometimes better than the truly awesome quality common to deviant-art. My second reason is that quality is not a simple thing to talk about when it comes to drawing because it is entirely based on opinion and therefore entirely dependent on the person. That applied to this instance would be the subject is just as important (or I say more) than how well she is drawn.

to start with I like the clothing (or more accurately the creases in it). The legs also turned out good and the proportions are fair. One major factor is that it is simple, because it doesn't distract or demand attention. That is the main reason I like it, because it is simple.

i liked how she was simple and streamlined that way allowing curves to have more notice to them.

It is an interesting fact that sometimes to get more detail you simply need less stuff, or at least that is what I believe. Simplicity works well.
