I really appriciate your adding my photo to your favorites.
You have quite an interesting gallery of your own. I have a feeling my girlfriend is going to have a fit over some of your costumes. Personally, I love your 'wings' design.
Very glad to make your aquaintance.
And to top it all off:

I have a trick for jump rings too! LOL
First you find a wooden dowel rod that's the right size for the rings you want to make. Wrap the rod with a layer or two of masking tape, then you wrap the wire around as tight, and as close together (like a spring) as you can make them. The tighter it is, the more uniform the rings will be. Secure the ends with masking tape (they'll want to pull out, it takes a couple wraps around and i bend them up to make taping easier), then wrap the whole coil in masking tape. Put the dowel rod into a vise grip (trust me if you try and hold it yourself while you're cutting you'll put a sawblade into your fingers), and then just cut them right on the dowel rod. I like to use a spiral cut from top to bottom, it's really tough to cut it in a straight line down. Pop them off the dowel end and pickle to clean off any stray tape adhesive. The slightly diagonal cut also provides more surface area for when you solder them back together than a straight across cut.

I wish I could remember where I picked that one up, a real timesaver!

i always manage to have them go schwantzwise when i use tape. i use my fingers. and yeah, a couple times got my fingers. also dont have pickle anymore. only while i have my apprenticeship (6 weeks each summer), otherwise i'm stuck with whatever i have on my own.]

when i do my rings i like to find a metal rod instead if possible. makes it lots easier to get the rings off. otherwise they like to stay in the little dents they make. phoo.

Yeah, I haven't been in the studio in over a year Hopefully I'll find one soon, I really miss working with metal. I've also cut the jump ring coil without the dowel rod, and with more tape found it successful, hurts like hell catching fingers with those sawblades though (maybe I'm just sensitive, but it stings when metal gets into cuts). I once saw a girl stab herself in the leg with a broken sawblade (broke on the upstroke & she kept going down), they're so dangerous!
