It's an old nonsense rhyme. One of the many old children's rhymes that are in fact, rather morbid. It was used recently in the movie 'A Haunting in Connecticut". 'One fine day in the middle of the night, two dead boys got up to fight. Back to back they faced each other, drew their swords and shot each other.' it goes on from there.

Well, as part of the addiction series, I was kind of hoping you'd write one for Mario Brothers. I mean honestly any Mario Bros game is really addictive, I played Mario 64 for something like 8 hours in one sitting...and then I couldn't feel my feet cos I sat cross legged in front of the TV the entire time, but I digress. So to answer your question, I didn't see it coming but I was certainly hoping for it
