Oke thnx for all the information, the situation is probaly the same as here in Holland. But thnx for the information. If bin in Berlin before with my family it is a great city! But now I'm going with friends, really cool! I think I have to agree with your opinion, accept in restaurants I don't care about if somebody is smoking. Only it is really nasty at real parties you really smell al the swet instead of the cigarette smoke. We have to stand outside at our usual bar but sometime it is fun because you are standing close together and everybody is smoking allot because they hate it to go inside/outside/inside etc. I can speak german better then I can write it. I can read it, speak it but not write it. So danke schΓΌn fΓΌr diese informatione, ich gehe rochen. (I have tried, please correct me)

hmmm Berlin (It's different in every county with the non-smoking, you know, an I'm not from Berlin...) *quick google search*
ok found out: actually you can't smoke in public restaurants, cafes, bars etc BUT those who do not serve food and have spereate smoking-rooms you are allowed to smoke in. so no and yes.
I'm not sure what to think about the no-smoking-in-bars-thingy... on the one hand actually it really is better when you are eating sth and also your clothes dont smell like smoke after the evening (i realized that after going to a bar which still lets you smoke inside, illegally *cough* well nevermind)
on the other hand...having to go outside for every cigarette just sucks, can still be funny with all the smokers outside though...
ok probably you didnt want to know my opinion but there it is haha
